POLY STYRENE: I AM A CLICHÉ

A feature documentary, co-directed by Celeste Bell and Paul Sng, documenting the life and work of X-Ray Spex singer-songwriter and punk icon Poly Styrene.

Poly Styrene: I Am A Cliché, released in the UK in 2021, included previously unseen footage and archive materials and promises to be something of a departure from the conventional ‘rock doc’ format, focusing on the relationship between Poly and her daughter and film's co-director, Celeste Bell.
